Can do it once per day like this below https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?p=8501#p8501 With the latest version of WiFix there is a setting to reboot the router every so often. Look under "Services / Scheduled Reboot". Make sure your time is correctly set, enable and choose a time for...

Have installed this both ways. There is pros and cons on both installs. If you think you are going to set it up and forget it, the modem outside enclosure can be great. Hello Loose substainal amount really. Using that T-Mobile gateway depends allot on your connection to higher frequency LTE bands. You can set up these reboots to automatically done everyday with quectel modems. Also have noticed it helps Visible service to keep it a "Fresh" connection. So have been setting up auto reboots. This will only work with Quectel modems. Sierra Wireless require full power cycle to reconnect....

Used to T-Mobile phone card sim in a WE826 with MC7455 or a EP06 or EM12.
Always had the TTL set to 64. Worked great no issues.
Maybe would do better with a cleaner set up like that instead of this Dixie chain of routers.
Just a thought.

Sorry don't use visible anymore. Don't know about this upload issue. There is no way to force carrier aggregation. Just create a group of bands of the ones you want and hope it does it. Also can look into whT bands the modem combines to make sure it is possible to do what you want.

Not sure what you have in mind. But if it is cost you can get 2 us mobile prepay plans for $60 per month. Then if you can get T-Mobile Home Internet for $50. That is cheaper than getting the three magenta max plans and you have something that is legit.

What I am saying don't need to change anything with post pay tablet plan. I have never ever changed anything. Just stick the sim in and go. AT&T is strong LTE. Have got 80 to 90 down with not so good signal and a category 4 modem.

They should all point the same direction. If that is what you are asking? Not one pair pointed towards the ground. If you feel you are not getting the best performance from it could try adding more distance between the two pairs of antennas.

Agree the T-Mobile gateway is quirky and hard to manage. For example the signal strengths usually don't equal speed. Can't rely on the info it gives you.
With that being said mine doesn't over heat. Keep the outer case off of it, don't use the WiFi function on it and don't have it in a window.

Best bet is to search for what modem it has. If they are cheaper devices more than likely category 4 or 6. Far as speed differences could also be band connection. Re: RV Internet setup needed for work
Thanks for this. Never heard of results by adding yourself to waiting list.Dr-BroadBand wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 9:30 am I had a friend that was not in the service area.
He put his name on the waiting list, and got a phone call two days later that TM
will add him to the home internet service.

Re: Mofi 4500 being throttled on Visible?
Yes it has been going around for awhile now. Only current known way around it is TTL of 66 or higher and use a vpn. Or you will get the sometimes throttled and sometimes not throttled situation.

Re: Updated perspectives for 3 carriers (TM/VZW/ATT)?
US Mobile is great for phone service. But not so much to use in a Internet connection. They have a hard throttle after so much usage. 75 gigs on Verizon and 50 gigs on T-Mobile. They say it may slow down. That isn't reality. After that amount it is a hard throttle kind of like how mint mobile works....
