The reason the cables does not fit, is because you are shopping in the wrong place.
You will require MHF4 connectors for the EM7565.

A suspend can occur if the carrier is rejecting the SIM Card to be registered on the network. That I cannot say.
You may try to reactivate the plan with a different device IMEI and limit your data usage to under 500GB, and/or activate a second line and swap the two out every two weeks.
Sprint works well with the EM7565 if you can get Band 41 at your location, since it does not have Band 25

Re: CBA850-LP6
I have 2 sims installed in my LP6. I have a couple questions: Is there any quick way in the GUI or console to switch back and forth between the SIMS? I'd like to use "smart WAN selection" to switch between SIMS when the d/l speed drops. AFAIK, I can trigger with latency, jitter and signal...

Re: New WE826-T some observations and questions
I'm still trying to get Visible to work on the MBR1400 i bought from The Wireless Haven. No luck so far trying to the simple things like APN name change. I'm not sure if it's possible on the MBR1400, but the wireless is really great. Take care, Dale There are several topics about using Visible on t...

gscheb, I'm unable to get into my PMs, I probably don't have enough posts yet to read/send. The PM's and social logins have been temporarily disabled for the forum while we try to figure out where the high CPU usage is coming from--which is producing the SQL errors. Once corrected, they will be res...

You may also want to look at THIS post which will most likely work with the current WiFiX firmware build.

Re: Help with Building a WE1026-5G with EM20-G
Okay, so I built a WE1026-5G with an EM20-G to make it a little easier to figure out. The newest shipment of EM20-G have the latest firmware (Revision: EM20GRUR01A08M4G) and is not playing fair with the current builds of WiFiX/GoldenOrb/ROOter. I used the WiFiX version of GoldenOrb_2019-12-11 for th...

Re: WiFix WE826-GO and Quectel EM20-G - Modem Timeout Error
I would try this FIRMWARE build. You will need to add this script in the SYSTEM > STARTUP > LOCAL START UP (at the bottom) and SUBMIT. echo "0x2c7c 0x0620" > /sys/bus/usb-serial/drivers/option1/new_id You will have to reboot the router for it to take effect. The latest version of GoldenOrb...

I have to step away for a while. Important to know the proper APN which should be located somewhere in the phone settings.
I would bet it is fast.t-mobile.com

No. The correct APN the device (i.e., cell phone, hotspot) can be determined by placing the SIM Card in that device, and go the network settings where it will be shown.

Read the part about SIM cards and adapters HERE and make sure yours is fitting the adapter correctly.
Also, always power down the router before installing or removing the SIM Card.

Re: Help with Building a WE1026-5G with EM20-G
Leave the SIM Card out of the router. There has been a lot of configurations going on with the setup so lets first remove all configurations from the modem. Log into the router and comment out the TTL scripts by placing a # in front of them. This was discussed PREVIOUSLY in this post. Then restart f...

Re: WE826-T2 and EM7565 - No Modem Present?
When you plug in the USB adapter, does it show any lights, or does the PC make a sound that it normally makes when a USB device is plugged in.
Also, under the Device Manager do you see any reference to the modem.

Re: Help with Building a WE1026-5G with EM20-G
We are needing to start at the beginning once again. First, unplug power from the router. Remove the SIM Card from the router and place the SIM card into its original phone or device used for the activation. Make sure it is activated and will connect to the internet and pull data. Do a quick Google ...
