Wireless Joint

I recently configured the NexP1GO and 7455 and when I put the SIM card there is no connection to internet. I am lost what to look at next. I get 30 down when the sim card is in the hotspot but no connection in the router. What can I troubleshoot next? Are there more commands to run?

When my SIM card is in the Air card through sprint I get constant internet but its slow. When I put it it in the new router and did all the back end configuration it works but it times out all the time. I would say that it kicks out about every 2 minutes and then starts back up.
