I tried to do this command on Nighhawk M2 MR2100-EUS (not sim locked) but when entering it in telnet:
AT !OPENCND? (tried AT!OPENCND? too)
Gtting the following result:
ERROR

Can you help with MR2100 please? I need to repair IMEI.
