How do I update the modem firmware? Is this done through the MOFI site http://192.168.10.1?

What data plans will a MOFI4500 SIM 7 V3 still work on?
I have used my MOFI 4500 SIM 7 V3 for a couple of years using Visible Wireless and have been happy with it. I recently was forced to do the Visible upgrade and I can't get the new Visible service to work in my MOFI. I looked at getting an AT&T data plan, but apparently MOFI 4500 does not work on...
