I have your answer! I also started with the MOFI4500 SIM4 (MC7455). What I did is opened the MOFI, removed the MC7455, then turned it on. Then I flashed the GoldenOrb firmware that is here on the The Wireless Haven website. After I did that, I turned it on and made sure it was functioning properly....
