Cudy P5 TMO

I have a Cudy P5 that I can’t seem to get setup on my TMO business Internet with static IP. I can drop the sim in an older cradlepoint or mr1100 and it grabs my static and works fine so I know I’m not locked to the IMEI on the Inseego they sent me. Curious if anyone else has any experience with this...
