Re: How to run AT command on Sierra Wireless Modems

Thanks! Yep, Putty can do it or easier to use this tool: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_XRHNhyOPU0eBxHWwXBlYqhN5RuVAE8l/view?usp=share_link Look at your windows device manager and find the AT Command port loaded in the USB ports or communication ports (Windows can be goofy with it) You'll want to...

How to run AT command on Sierra Wireless Modems

Hi, I know we need a M.2 to USB adapter to connect a Sierra Wireless Modem EM7511 to a PC, and I know what AT command I want to run. What I don't know is, after the modem is connected to my PC, how do I run AT command? I mean, for example, for Netgear M1/M5 router, I know I can telnet to its 5510 po...

Re: Pepwave MAX BR2 Pro Dual

You will need to take the modem out from the case and use a USB adapter to run AT command for it. If it is Sierra wireless modem, then probably it should work with AT command.

Can we put PagePlus account in "holding" mode?

Hi, I have PagePlus "The 55" plan, and with auto refill, the price is $50 per month (not including taxes and fees). I may not need it for several months so is there a way for me to keep the account but not paying $50 a month? I am fine with paying a small fee to keep the account live (some...

Re: MR5200 data usage identified as Hotspot data

I think it works for me now. Even when you do the iptable mangle thing as suggested in https://parkercs.tech/netgear-mr1100-hotspot/, it seems that MR5200 doesn't auto run that script on boot, so I have to append the following lines to /etc/init/early_init.sh: #TTL modification sleep 0.5 sh /etc/ini...

Re: MR5200 data usage identified as Hotspot data

This is instructions on how to change TTL for MR1100. https://parkercs.tech/netgear-mr1100-hotspot/ So I tried the same thing on MR5200. After following the instructions setting the TTL to either 64 or 65, it still doesn't work, I am still throttled as using hotspot data. Any idea how I can solve it...

MR5200 data usage identified as Hotspot data

I recently purchased a MR5200 and did the magic repair using IMEE from the old Galaxy A51 phone that I have. Today my home internet was broken so I used the Verision sim card inside of MR5200. To my surprise, this data is treated as hotspot data by Verizon! Even with the magic repair! My hotspot mon...

AT! command OPENCND and SETCND

Hi, Can anyone tell me what this CND means in those commands? The reason I am asking this is I am looking at some instructions on how to do magic repair on my LTE routers, and some instructions include a sequence of CND relate command, but some other instructions don't have this. So I am wondering w...
