when you "2. Had to short a specific circle on the back of the RM502Q-AE module, then flashed via "QFirehose -e firmware.zip"; -e had to be used, a normal flash didn't work." did you flash back the original firmware or the new one?

I'm also using RM502Q-AE with TMO and getting the no data but connected issue. Yesterday was the worst, I would lose data after just 5-10 min after reboot from 7PM to 11PM.
