I set the Static IP on my PC to that IP before and tried to utilize the recovery mode. Maybe i just wasnt getting the router into recovery mode, I'll try again.

This router has only ran in MBIM that I know of, guess I could try setting it to QMI. I’m also wondering if it could be that the Mini PCI-E to M.2 adapter is causing issues?

I just ran the at command for firmware version, shows EM12GPR01A21M4G_01.001.01.001

Which firmware version is on the modem? Have you flashed it up to the latest? Maybe done a factory reset on it? It’s currently running on GoldenOrb_2021-02-20.
