my Sierra Wireless EM9191 will not connect to my pc. The usb dongle adapter works well with Quectel. The adapter green light turns on with Ouectel but no with the EM9191. Do I need a special dongle?

Have you tried at another location? Its on my roof. I have rotated the antenna and tried pointing on other cell towers. There is a forest between me the antennas. We use it for regular stuff like streaming, a bit a gaming, and kids homework. At my current 128kb speed, takes about 2min for google mini to respond which was funny at first.
