I figured it my bootp issue (a serial cable helped). I had to use the backup loader then everything worked as expected.

I'm in the final stages of building an LTE router around the Telit LM960A18 and am looking for some mounting pads. The ones on the ecommerce site look right, but I'm unsure of the screw dimensions.
