I have a working USB EM7455 working with all At configuration correct. I've connected it to an Android 9 x86_64 system, but there is no mobile network settings option in settings>network & internet.

I'm starting to think I'm missing a system app that adds that option. Not sure.

I need to flash a firmware update on this card. Anyone know of a tutorial on how to do this?
