Wireless Joint

Got this issue resolved. But still do not have internet. Not sure what the issue is any help would be greatly appreciated

I am getting an error of auto select failed:all profiles failed connection. And also mobile directory number not implemented. I am on calyx and had the swap shop change the sim.

I am thinking that the card may be bad.

The only things that come up are com3 and com4.

The only thing I can see that has come up in device manager is Sierra Wireless location Sensor. Where should the modem come up in device manager?

I am not getting any light on the cradle point. I have tried both USB ports. It does not come up under connections at all.

When I connect my EM7411 to the cradlepoint via USB 3.0 it does not recognize the device. I am new to this and could really use the help.

I am trying to connect a refurbished CBA850 and a sierra wireless EM7411. The 7411 is not being recognized by the cradlepoint I also am unable to recognize the Em7411 with my computer. I am kinda new to all this and hope this is the right place to get help.
