I've read you can sign up for ATT Business online and claim sole proprietorship.

I looked into the ATT Business plan It was $200 for 50Gig... Ouch I would try to simplify your setup and Just use the nighthawk as a test. You are not the only one experiencing this. Best guesses seem to be ATT pausing/disabling connections that probably cross the 22gb soft cap.
