Thanks to this forum i've been using the PagePlus $55 a month plan which has worked pretty well.
My Starlink is being delivered this Thursday. I'd be happy to provide some data once I have it.
Installation was super painless. Currently getting 30ms ping 60-100mb/s up and 10-20mb/s down on Starlink.

@PagePlus: You can try the EMEI on their website and see if it will work. I believe the device has to either be from them or from Verizon (PagePlus said Authorized Verizon Device). For some reason i couldn't get their website to work properly unless i loaded it with Edge browser (got console errors ...

You are all correct.
It was the APN. I set the APN to tracfone.vzwentp and TTL to 117 and it connected no problem.

PagePlus + Mofi - What am i missing?
Currently i'm using my Mofi /w the Verizon $70 a month 15gb plan. I purchased a $19 phone + sim card from PagePlus and activated it with their phone. I confirmed that data/phone service work on it. I then put the card in my mofi (set to verizon with TTL of 65) and it won't connect. I tried 65, 64, 1...
