I have two of each type of these routers that mount on a pole with Cat 6 modems and two inside units and a couple years ago they all stopped working at the same time, I mean the units work if I put a 10GB plan sims or something like this in the units, but I have the business account 100GB Unlimited ...

I've downloaded Putty and I follow the proper steps with the IP address and port and click open and black screen pops up all looks good no errors, but I cannot type, I see the green cursor it's not blinking, if I click on the screen and try to type nothing happens what am I doing wrong?
