This looks interesting. I'll see if the person can do one for the B71/n71 frequency: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3584713 I've also asked about a moxon to another poster. In the end, it would be great to optimize these band but will probably want more full spectrum (panel, lpda, parabolic) Yag...

Re: 700 MHZ DIY Double Biquad/Moxon Antennas

Theoretically the double biquad antenna has around 13-14dBi. Even one thrown together should have about 10dBi. Do not have the 4nex2 software (https://www.qsl.net/4nec2/) on this computer, but it can help you determine some antenna designs gain. Not that familiar with the UV moxon design, but be ver...

Anyone bold enough to try one for B71/b71 632-678 MHz? Another good Moxon reference: https://gitlab.com/cbowman/uv-moxon-yagi-antenna/-/blob/master/readme.md Never gave them a try for 600MHz. Wondering if any of the modems in "Create Custom Bands" Excel sheet (Jim Helms created) apply to the EM/MC7411? Only ones in last sheet release are EM7565, EM7511, MC7455, MC7430, MC7354, EM7354 and MC7700. Using on AT&T and on reboot locks onto band 2, works great. Eventually it hits ...

Re: assistance setting up we826/em7455 w Visible

I have experience with visible. Haven't ever connected with a EM7455 though. Have done it with a MC7455. Put a link on another post hoping to maybe hear from terryjett since know he has done it. From here can only offer three more suggestions 1. do what Didneywhorl suggested and start off fresh rou...

Welcome back!

Guess you did not get the PM? Way back when you asked me for my address to send surplus to me:) Anyway, appreciated the offer.

I would like to kindly remind folks to buy from thewirelesshaven.com when possible. I know they do not have everything on ones list of goodies, but check them out before buying from others.

Without thewirelesshaven.com there would be no wirelessjoint.com

Just a friendly reminder...

Re: [SOLVED!] Losing constant Internet connection on Mofi 4500 (and my mind)

Hey all - I just came across this message board and this post today researching something and figured I'd register and reply. I solved this issue on my router finally a few month ago and it was an issue of buffer bloat and overload due to MTU settings. By default the MTU setting on the router is se...

Does the SIM work in a phone? Can you surf the net with data plan in phone? I am of course assuming the SIM is not data only.

Do not use the 7511, but quick search on forum resulted in this:

"Could it be / how (un)likely is it that my WE826GO-U is defective? The thing that really bugs me is the fact that a factory reset (and not a simple restart) gets the whole thing running again for a limited time." This does not sound like a defective router. But that does not mean it isn't...

Re: Weird Connection Issues with WE826GO-U

This sounds familiar, but my issue was not with at&t. What was happening to me on a sprint plan was not getting assigned IP4 address - only iv6. Long story and never did get it fully working and gave up. Do not want to lead you astray, so look at networking: 2020-10-13_230059.png If you see a ip...

Very interesting: "It seems the tower that used to have ATT no longer does, it's officially removed from the list of registered antennas on the tower itself."

Where did you get this official list of registered antennas on the tower?

Re: Loss of Data During Sustained Download

Pretty much got my issue solved. I always run he latest firmware for router and modem. Once I replaced my power supply with a good 5 amp switching version, the issue seemed to disappear. While I was at it, drove a 12 ft grounding rod just outside and grounded all equipment to it. Have updated firmwa...

I think I'm going to have to get a prepaid ATT card and pop it in my old Galaxy S7 and drive around and see what the towers actual IDs are. That is going to be your best bet. Cellmapper is a GREAT service, but you cannot always count on it. Install Cellmapper app on your phone, setup or login to ce...

Glad you are at least on your way. I do not know the APN settings for PagePlus, but I would start there to make sure you have that right. Thanks for your reply. I’m actually on an iPhone X. The booster is using one Yagi antenna pointed in the only direction I found to produce any signal. It is posted at the end of my RV about 15 feet up off the ground. Oddly enough the boosted service completely cuts out when I go any higher. I live ...

Small update. Replacing PSU had little to no change. Going to move the install to a new location. If this doesn't work I'll consider using it for target practice lol Well, you have pretty much ruled out the equipment. Sadly this is the process one has to take. One other thing to try is raising / lo...

T-Mobile phone sim will work. Have three houses on it. Well technically five. Two of the houses share with another house. Get post pay plan set TTL 64 and good to go. Use it up big time. Re: New here, need hotspot, or truly unlimited data help

There are only a handful of "authorized" sellers of data only plans. Most of them were from Sprint, because of the Clearwire deal. Government made them do that and since T-Mobile now owns Sprint, who knows what is going to happen to those type of plans. Some of the carriers had a few offer...

NoLimitData is the MVNO that I am using today, was using OTR but they dropped T-Mobile. The only cell tower I have is T-Mobile. Band-71 works the best as for the 600MHz can shoot through the tress better than the other bands. ALL MVNO are a little sketchy!! I could play games and try to get an IPad...

Re: Unusual signal quality issues... Help!

Only thing about that is, it was working fine for north of 6 months after the last modem got fried. I could replace the PSU but seems unnecessary. Electronic components inside PSU's can become damaged and produce excessive noise. They can still supply the voltage and amperage, but produce excessive...
