Does it matter how the antennas are connected? Also, do you think a RM520 modem would perform better than the RM502? On that set up before the parabolic antenna was the mimo 1 and log periodic antennas was mimo 2. See this post what Mimo 1 and 2 is about. https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2...

Since I moved SIM to quectel EM12 had been allot more consistent after blocking bands 4 and 66. So it seems the Nokia gateway from T-Mobile was cuasing issues. Not sure why it started doing that. Worked good for a long time.
The Nokia was even having hard time playing live TV.

Re: Tmobile all bands slow upload, but super fast download
It is a good jump. 4.5 is a useable speed. With how that signal goes a change of just a couple digits can make a huge difference. These are my current stats on band 2. RSRP -104 dBm SNR 20 dB RSRQ -12 dB RSSI -75 dBm Just got 19 up with it. But like I said before the tower here is less than 5 miles ...

Re: Tmobile all bands slow upload, but super fast download
One thing I’ve noticed about the grid parabolic mimo antenna is that 1 antenna gets really good rsrp and the other gets about 5db less rsrp. Is that something wrong with the antenna? Is that simply a normal result of antenna cross polarization, such that the second antenna normally gets worse signa...

Re: Tmobile all bands slow upload, but super fast download
Out of curiosity what were download speeds and upload speeds like on b2 for you when you had signal worse than -112? did you have good download with like 0 upload? or were they both bad? So using bands 2 and 12. With band 2 being primary with signal strength of -115 would get about 50 down and 2.4 ...

for band 2? If it is like -112 or worse that is your issue. I always got best upload on band 2 with the 20 MHz of data on it. Always needed like a signal strength of -106 or better. Re: Tmobile all bands slow upload, but super fast download
If you decide to try out the panel antenna check up load on band 2. You listed what bands you tried but not stats for each. What was the signal strength for band 2? Re: Parabolic Feed Horn No Grid?
Hello, Never did hook up the feed horn without the grid. In my experience these antennas are great as long as you don't want lower frequency bands. The gain on these are hard to beat. Got to keep in mind what bands are available in your area. Still using one today even with T-Mobile home internet. H...

managed to lock onto n41 band and my network speeds are significantly better now. How far away are you from the tower? Are you using external antennas? Just noticed today my tower that I am using has just been updated with N41. Haven't got home yet today to look at this. Using outdoor antennas poin...

Re: Not sure what to do next here
Hello, Don't use a booster for data speed. That is a bad idea. Speak from experience no booster. Search this site will find other post saying a booster is bad for home data needs. Honestly wouldn't go with either one of those antennas. If you are going to get a parabolic antenna like that get one th...

Re: Visible Wireless in a Quectel EM12/WE826 Lost service
So I tethered a phone to the router for hours with no issue. So some how visible can now detect you are using a router modem IMEI. This is the issue now with visible. Just to share the information.
