ALL THE OLD BUILDS ON THIS DEVICE HAVE LOCKED OUT APN, THE NEWEST BUILD HAS IT UNLOCKED BUT THE PROBLEM IS AFTER YOU FLASH YOUR DEVICE YOU WON'T GET THE NEW BUILD AND MAYBE NOT EVEN IF YOU DONT FLASH IT.
