So how would I set it up on the Cudy? If you do not have prior experience with VPN I am not convinced this is the time to start. There are costs, both the learning and the $$ (if any) of the service. I could be off-base here, but I think you could achieve much the same thing by setting up Tor brows...

Depends on which Visible. Visible "classic" uses the old APNs and cloud servers. The new Visible+ plans are what's running directly on the verizon backbone.

There are reports on /r/visible that the new Visible plans aren't playing well in routers. My classic visible plan works even without the personality transplant.
