When connected, what is your signal strength? Did you put the modem in MBIM mode via AT commands? I don't recommend that anymore. I would make sure it was put back into QMI mode. AT command: AT+QCFG="usbnet"? ...to see the setting. If it returns a 2 its in MBIM if it returns 0 its in QMI.
