Ten four. I think your go to is the WE826 with a Sierra Wireless mc7455 and an ATT ipad plan if that is the provider of your choice. Its easy to put together, yet easily upgradeable. Click on global Network options, the ipv6 prefix is there. If it is blank, you're good. If not, delete it and save. Imei = modem identity.
