Well I seem to have sort of made progress. I ran Huawei Terminal as Admin and was able to issue the following commands. ATI (it then sent me a bunch of information on the modem) at!entercnd="A710" (it said "OK") !RMARESET=1 (i've been sitting here for 3 mins waiting on a respons...
